For clients who hold investments either within ISAs’ or Investment Bonds/Plans with Prudential, I am pleased to announce the following pricing adjustments as a result of the recent recovery in performance within investment sectors.
For those of you invested within the Prufund Cautious Fund, there will be a one-off positive uplift to your investment values of +3.04% (ISAs’) and +2.22% (Investment Bonds/Plans).
For clients who are invested within the Prufund Growth Fund, there has been no announcement, as yet, with regard to any positive one-off adjustments.
I would also state that, in line with the very cautious approach taken to the management of the above funds, there will be a ‘slight’ reduction in the predicted annual bonus rate payable (which is calculated on a daily basis and reviewed quarterly), equating to a change of -0.3%/year under the ISA and -0.2%/year under the Investment Bond/Plan; not much of a change I know, but reflective of the cautious view being taken as to how investment markets ‘may’ proceed in the months ahead.
